Building Maintenance/Refurbishment Works
The owners' corporation of the building is obliged to carry out overall maintenance and renovation works for the building on a regular basis to ensure the safety and stability of the building.
The entire maintenance and renovation project is carried out by qualified contractors and supervised by professional engineering consultants to ensure that the project cost and quality meet the standards.
The whole project is divided into five phases
